The bed was really comfy, but the wallpaper was a patchwork mess.

Everything is fairly clean and very comfortable. It has attentive and gentle staff and exceptional services. The location is handy and easy, 3 km from Duthie Park. They serve spicy food, have plenty of options to choose from. Thank you for a really good stay.

The hotel's location was central, central to conveniences. Had cheap standard room with bathroom, all amenities plus enough bedding.

The unique atmosphere of a converted church adds a distinct charm to the stay, with comfortable beds that make for a decent night's rest. The hot shower was especially appreciated after a long day of adventures.
There were notable cleanliness issues, like blocked toilets which seemed to have been a long-standing problem, alongside a patchy Wi-Fi connection that could make online tasks a challenge. Finding the entrance was a hassle, requiring some wandering and questions along the way. The breakfast experience was also underwhelming, taking ages to start while guests waited, meaning everyone ended up in a rush without getting fully satisfied. Noise from the street and neighboring rooms.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was pretty good even though there was no menu.
There was no parking readily available as stated, you were required to check out at 10am not 11am as stated, the shower was not attached to the shower holder and there was not enough shower gel provided. Overall not worth £80 for one night in a single room.

Location
Very noisey, building work. Waited ten mins plus at vacant reception. No cold running tap in sink.

The staff were very cute and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant.
The noise from other rooms was particularly disruptive, affecting sleep quality .

Staff couldn't be more helpful and the breakfast was fine.
In all honesty it's more like a hostel. Staff were very pleasant, but the facilities and room don't match up to the price.

Location
They had no record of our booking.Only one bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us. Had to ask the handyman to stop drilling and hammering next door this was happening after midnight! Also the hotel is also a church and we had a run in with a man whom asked us to move our car as he said it was a private carpark. The decor is very dated and tired. On returning at 11.30 at night the hotel was locked we had to chap on a window to be let in!!! Its a shame as the hotel could be quite nice as it was a good location.

Two noisy roads are hardly conducive to tranquility. The towels in the room were non-existant upon arrival, what kind of hotel runs like that? And can someone please explain why I wasn't given a complimentary upgrade for my troubles? I almost thought of leaving a good review but just couldn't with such neglectful service.

Staff were friendly and it is OK, but is nothing more than a hostel
This is nothing more than a hostel. You have to walk through a church cafe to get to the room. No bar, restaurant or anywhere to get drinks/snacks. I didn't have breakfast as it looked like a work staff room.

Breakfast was good, but untidy.
Too expensive for what you get. Had two big snoring men on each side of my room, the rooms are not isolated so heard them all night. Bad. Tv wasn't working and the internet was down.

Had a lovely stay at Rosemount Palace. The charm of the converted church atmosphere really stood out. Room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was just right to kick off our day! Some noise from outside, but overall a great experience.

Room was warm and clean.
The toilet flush made a horrendous noise - must be really disturbing for people in room above or next to me. The quality of the breakfast ingredients was really cheap and nasty. The outside street light shined through curtains in the night - you could change curtains to be a heavy dark material!

Not a lot. Bathroom sanitary new and clean although toilet seat broken. passage ways until early hours
Hot water supply was an over-sink heater that did not heat the water and similar for shower. Handwritten emergency instructions difficult to read. Very noisy from adjacent lounge with young idiots running up and down the passageways until early hours. Poor quality breakfast and dirty seats. altogether a bad experience hugely overpriced
